How we handle information about people who visit wiva.pro, and what rights you have over your data.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the wiva.pro website and its language subdirectories. It does not apply to third-party sites we may link to, which are governed by their own policies.
2. Who handles the data
Wiva.pro is an independent editorial site publishing information about online gambling promotions. For any question relating to personal data, the contact channel is support@wiva.pro.
3. What information is collected
3.1. Site forms
Wiva.pro includes contact, subscription and unsubscribe forms. As currently configured, these forms run entirely in the browser and do not transmit or store the information entered. Submitting one displays a confirmation message on screen, but no record is created on a server, database or mail service. Anything typed disappears when the page is closed or reloaded.
If sending is enabled for these forms in future, this policy will be updated before that change goes live, setting out what data is collected, for what purpose and how long it is kept.
3.2. Email
If you write to an address on this domain, we receive whatever you include in your message: your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your enquiry. We use that information solely to reply to you.
3.3. Technical server data
Like any website, the hosting server may automatically log technical details of the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. These logs are generated and retained by the hosting provider for security and service operation purposes.
3.4. Browser local storage
The site saves your choice about the cookie notice in your browser's local storage so it is not shown again on every visit. That value stays on your device and is not sent to any server. You can delete it from your browser settings.
4. What we use the information for
- Replying to enquiries received by email.
- Keeping the site running and protecting it against abuse.
- Remembering basic browsing preferences on your own device.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for commercial purposes and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
This site contains links to online gambling operators, some of which are affiliate links. Clicking one takes you out of wiva.pro and into a third-party site with its own privacy and cookie policies, over which we have no control. We recommend reading them before registering or providing any details.
6. Minors
This site is aimed exclusively at people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly request or collect information from minors. If you notice that a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Retention
Messages received by email are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to keep a record of how it was handled. Technical server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's policies.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information that reaches our mailbox, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25,326), you can request access to, rectification of, updating of or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to support@wiva.pro setting out your request.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, acting as the supervisory body for Law 25,326, is competent to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works or in the applicable rules. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
