Cookie Policy
What wiva.pro stores in your browser, what it is for, and how to remove it.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. Alongside cookies there are similar technologies, such as browser local storage, which serve a comparable purpose without being sent to the server with every request.
2. What this site uses
Wiva.pro runs on a deliberately minimal use of these technologies. Specifically:
- Your cookie notice preference
- When you accept or configure the notice, we save your choice in the browser's local storage so the message is not shown again on every page. This is the only piece of information the site itself stores on your device; it stays there and is not transmitted to any server.
- Technical hosting cookies
- The hosting provider may use cookies that are strictly necessary for server operation and security. They do not depend on the site's content and do not identify visitors for commercial purposes.
3. What it does not use
As currently configured, this site includes no web analytics systems, advertising pixels, tracking networks or ad personalisation cookies. We would rather say that outright than list services that are not installed. If this changes, we will update this page and the site notice before switching on any new tool.
4. Categories in the settings panel
- Essential
- Required for basic site functionality and to remember your choice about the notice. These cannot be turned off, because without them the notice would reappear on every page load.
- Preferences
- Optional. These store display settings in your browser. You can enable them or leave them off from the Configure button in the notice.
5. Third-party sites
Links to online gambling operators lead to external sites that set their own cookies, including affiliate tracking cookies used to attribute a visit. That activity is governed by the destination site's policies, not by this one.
6. How to manage or delete cookies
You can review, block or delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. The usual routes are:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Clearing site data also removes the saved preference, so the notice will appear again on your next visit.
7. Changes
If we change the technologies in use, we will update this policy. The version published here is always the one in force.
